Registration & Payment

• Conference registration – via the Registration Form  
• Students applying for the conference are required to submit a reference letter from their supervisor/academic advisor  
• Conference fee (includes coffee breaks, two lunches, and a gala dinner):  
  – On-site participation without accommodation – 500 PLN
  – On-site participation with one night's accommodation and breakfast – 665 PLN (single room)
  – On-site participation with two nights' accommodation and two breakfasts – 830 PLN (single room)  
  – Online participation – 400 PLN  
• Bank account for conference fee payments: 78 1240 3028 1111 0011 4844 7890 (Bank Pekao)  
• The organising committee reserves the right to decline a registration.  

Accommodation 

• Conference and Training Center, University of Łódź, ul. Kopcińskiego 16/18, 90-232 Łódź  
• Reservations are exclusively through the organisers via the registration form  
• Limited availability  

Sessions 

• Format – hybrid.  
• On-site sessions – Institute of History, University of Łódź, ul. A. Kamińskiego 27a  
• Online sessions – MS Teams  
• Chronological range – from antiquity to the contemporary period  
• Interdisciplinary conference  
• Presentation duration – 15 minutes  
• Languages of the conference – Polish, English, Ukrainian  

Post-conference Publication  

• The organisers plan to publish the submitted articles
