FOR AUTHORS

We are pleased to inform you that the articles submitted by our referees and authors are published in high-quality volumes prepared in collaboration with the Lodz University Press. This ensures both a broad readership and a high editorial standard.

Articles in English are published in our new journal, Faces of War, which has been released since 2024. Texts in Polish are included in the Oblicza Wojny series, which we have been publishing since 2020. Additionally, since 2017, we have been collaborating with the editorial team of Acta Universitatis Lodziensis. Folia Historica, which publishes articles exclusively in Polish.

We warmly invite you to collaborate with us and encourage you to review the following information, which may be helpful for authors.

• We'd like to remind you that the deadline for submitting articles for publication is September 30, 2025.
• We only accept original scientific texts not published or submitted for publication in another journal.
• We accept texts in Polish and English.
• The length of the text should be between 20,000 and 45,000 characters (including spaces), including footnotes, bibliography, abstracts (in both Polish and English), and keywords (4-5 words).
• Articles that receive positive reviews will be considered for publication.
• Submitted texts should be prepared according to the editorial guidelines (available for download below).
